71st Golden Globe Awards were announced at Los Angeles on 11 January 2014. The
event was organised by Hollywood Foreign Press Association. It
is one of the few awards ceremonies that span both television and motion
picture achievements.

Woody Allen won a
lifetime achievement award for more than four decades of writing, producing and
directing films.
